Last Will and Testament

William Worrall of no. 11 John Street, East Street, Rout Road in the County of Surrey, Rope and Twine Maker, do make publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is I say first to direct all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses to be paid and discharged by my Executrix named to give and bequeath to my present wife Elizabeth Worrall otherwise called Elizabeth Jackson all my household home and ground waits situate standing, lying and doing in John Street aforesaid and also all my stock in trade book debts, household furniture, wearing apparel and all other my personal estate offers whatsoever and whosoever and of what nature find or qualify sooner subject to the payment of my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses and with which I make the same chargeable to hold to her my said present wife Elizabeth Worrall otherwise called Elizabeth Jackson her executors, administrators and assigns absolutely and forever, and I do hereby nominate and appoint her my said present wife, Elizabeth Worrall otherwise called Elizabeth Jackson sole Executrix of the my Will hereby remaking all former Wills by me at any time therefore made, and declaring this only to be and contains my Last Will and Testament by witness whose of I the said Testator William Worrall have thereto put my hand and seal this Fourth Day of October in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixteen William Worrall (self) signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Testator William Worrall as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have now unto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto Thomas Stattery, No. 15, Clifford Inn and Thomas Aonis, No. 161, Union Street, Southwark [sic].
On the 25th Day of June 1828, admon with the Will of the goods, chattels and credits of William Worrall late of John Street East, South Lambeth in the County of Surrey, Rope and Twine Maker, deed was granted to Mary Ann Worrall and Sarah Worrall spinsters two of the natural and lawful children of the said deed having been first sworn duly to endure Elizabeth Worrall other Jackson the sole Executrix and cosiduary legatee named in the Will dying in the lifetime of the Testator Mary Ann Worrall the co-executrix having first accounted the Solicitors of admon with the Will annexed of the goods of the said deed as by the Acts of Court appears [sic].
